Terms of Service

1. The service

TalkPage provides tools that let organizations configure AI sales agents, display interactive digital-human or conversational experiences on a website, present website or product information, collect inquiries, and connect supported commerce platforms. Features may change as the service evolves.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for managing access granted to team members, administrators, or connected platforms.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your websites, products, services, business claims, customer communications, and the information you provide to TalkPage. You must obtain all rights, permissions, and notices necessary to use your content, product data, customer information, voice, image, and digital-human configuration with the service.

When you deploy TalkPage on a public website, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including consumer, marketing, privacy, and accessibility requirements. You must not represent AI-generated content as human advice where a disclosure is required.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use TalkPage to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, mislead users, impersonate a person without authorization, collect sensitive information without a lawful basis, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or build a competing service using TalkPage materials or outputs. We may suspend or restrict use that creates security, legal, or reputational risk.

5. Integrations and third-party services

Supported integrations, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and third-party digital-human services, are optional and may be subject to separate terms. By enabling an integration, you authorize TalkPage to access and process the configuration and authenticated data needed to provide that integration. You remain responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions.

6. AI-generated outputs

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI behavior, configured content, and outputs before relying on them for pricing, product, legal, financial, medical, or other high-impact decisions. TalkPage does not guarantee that an AI response will be correct, available, or appropriate for every visitor.

7. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, usage limits, credits, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at purchase or in the applicable order, plan, or account interface. You are responsible for applicable fees and taxes. Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property

TalkPage and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. Subject to these terms and timely payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant TalkPage the rights needed to operate and improve the requested service.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep TalkPage available and secure, but the service may be unavailable or changed for maintenance, upgrades, third-party dependency issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including integrations, where reasonably necessary.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkPage is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkPage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create material risk, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and payment obligations.

12. Changes and contact
