Security at TalkPage
TalkPage is designed to help businesses deploy AI sales experiences while protecting accounts, connected-site configuration, and visitor interactions.
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. Account and access protection
Access to TalkPage is managed through authenticated accounts. Customers should use strong, unique passwords, limit administrator access, revoke access for former team members, and protect any integration credentials or API keys used with TalkPage. Do not place credentials in public pages, client-side code, or shared documents.
2. Connected websites and integrations
TalkPage integrations are designed to use authenticated connection flows. For example, a connected WordPress or WooCommerce site can provide site configuration and product information through authenticated requests. Customers decide which sites and product data to connect and should apply least-privilege access, review permissions, and remove unused integrations.
3. Data handling
TalkPage processes the information needed to deliver configured AI experiences, including connection metadata, relevant website or product information, visitor interaction data, and inquiry content. We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
4. Digital-human and third-party components
Some TalkPage experiences use third-party components, such as the digital-human delivery service hosted at app.ieasysell.com, or commerce-platform integrations selected by the customer. These components may have their own security controls, availability conditions, and policies. Customers should evaluate third-party services before enabling them on a production website.
5. Customer security responsibilities
- Keep website, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, browser, and plugin software updated.
- Use separate credentials for administrators and enable available account protections.
- Review AI sales-agent settings, public product information, and lead-routing destinations before publishing.
- Do not collect payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or other sensitive data through an AI conversation unless you have an appropriate, secure, and lawful workflow.
- Notify affected users and TalkPage promptly if you discover a compromise involving a connected account or integration.
6. Vulnerability reporting
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability affecting TalkPage, email yutao@zhanlv.vip with a clear description, steps to reproduce, and any relevant impact. Please do not access data that does not belong to you, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
7. Security updates
We may update this page as our controls, integrations, or service architecture evolve. For general data-handling information, review our Privacy Policy.
